This is exactly how your order goes. The pictures are real renders from our studio, not stock photos.

    We print it on Prusa CORE One, check it by hand and ship it in 2–4 working days.

Every street, every roof, every bend of the river.

We build the model from current map and elevation data: buildings in real height, streets, water and parks in their own colours, terrain included. Towns at about 1 : 6 500, mountains at about 1 : 70 000, in a deep black frame with the name and coordinates.

Good to know before you order

Will the piece look exactly like the preview?

The preview is rendered from the same 3D model we print, in the real filament colours. Fine print layers and the texture of the material look even better in reality.

What if I don't like the preview?

Then you simply don't order. The preview is free and non-binding – change the text, the size or the place and create a new one.

How long does it take?

Printing and checking take 2–4 working days, delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia 1–2 days, to the rest of the EU 2–5 days.

Can I order any place in the world?

Yes. Type the place, choose it from the list and you will see the preview. We use OpenStreetMap and public elevation data.

Is it suitable as a gift?

That is what we make it for. Every piece is carefully packed, ready to give, and we can ship it straight to the recipient – just enter their delivery address.

What is it made of?

From Prusament PLA and PETG filaments made by Prusa Research in Prague. The exact materials are listed on every product page.

Can I change the text after ordering?

Until printing starts, yes – just reply to the order confirmation e-mail.

How can I pay?

By bank transfer, or cash on delivery for addresses in Czechia and Slovakia. You never enter card details on our site.

Can I cancel or return a personalised piece?

Personalised goods are made just for you, so the usual 14-day return does not apply to them. But until printing starts you can cancel your order free of charge – just write to us.

What if something arrives damaged or faulty?

Take a photo of it and write to us, we will sort it out. The statutory warranty applies – details are on the Complaints page.

Do you make larger orders for companies?

Yes, from one piece to hundreds, with your logo in your colours. Write to [email protected] and we will send a preview for approval and a quote.
