Shipping and payment
Every piece is printed to order. Production usually takes 2–4 working days from receipt of payment; we then pack your parcel carefully and hand it over to the carrier.

Prices include VAT and apply per parcel, regardless of the number of items. Delivery times are indicative: usually 1–2 working days within the Czech Republic, 2–3 to Slovakia and 3–7 working days to other EU countries. If you choose personal collection, we will let you know by e-mail as soon as your product is ready.
Payment
- Bank transfer in advance – you will find the payment details and the variable symbol (your order number) in the confirmation e-mail. We start production once the payment has been credited.
- Cash on delivery – you pay the carrier on delivery, in cash or by card. Available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia only.
We issue a tax document for every order and send it to you by e-mail. Businesses, please add your company name, company ID and VAT ID in the order note.
