Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases from the 3din.ai online shop. We have tried to write them in plain language – if anything is unclear, write to us at [email protected].

1. Seller

voni s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 10757741, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ10757741, with its registered office at Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 347936 (the “Seller” or “we”).
E-mail: [email protected].

The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code (the “Civil Code”), and, for consumers, also Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection. If you buy as a business (with a Company ID), the consumer protection provisions do not apply to you.

2. What we sell

We make personalised 3D prints and 3D maps to order – every piece is printed only to your specification (text, name, photo, logo, chosen location on the map, colours). We print using FDM technology on Prusa CORE One printers with Prusament filaments.

Before you order, we prepare a photorealistic preview free of charge. The preview is a computer visualisation: the actual product may show the fine texture of the printed layers, and colours may differ slightly depending on lighting and your display settings.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

  • You submit your order using the button at checkout. Before submitting, you can review and correct all details, including the personalisation.
  • We confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded upon this confirmation.
  • If your specification cannot be produced (e.g. for technical reasons, or because the content infringes the rights of third parties or the law), we will contact you and either amend the contract by agreement, or not conclude it and refund any payment made.
  • The contract can be concluded in Czech, Slovak, English, German and Polish. We archive the concluded contract (order) in electronic form; we will send it to you on request.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are stated in CZK including VAT. The shipping price is shown at checkout and on the Shipping and payment page.
  • You can pay by bank transfer in advance or cash on delivery (Czech Republic and Slovakia only).
  • If you pay by bank transfer, we start production once the payment has been credited to our account. If the payment does not arrive within 7 days, we will cancel the order after notifying you.
  • We will send you the tax document (invoice) by e-mail.

5. Production and delivery

  • Production usually takes 2–4 working days from receipt of payment (for cash on delivery, from confirmation of the order). For larger or business orders, we confirm the date individually.
  • We then hand the parcel over to the chosen carrier; delivery times are listed on the Shipping and payment page.
  • Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, have it recorded with the carrier and let us know – we will sort it out.
  • The risk of damage to the goods passes to you when you receive the parcel.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

Personalised goods. Under Section 1837(d) of the Civil Code, a consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods that have been modified according to the consumer’s wishes or for the consumer personally. This applies to virtually all of our products – every piece is printed only according to your text, photo, logo or chosen location, and we cannot offer it to anyone else.

You can change your mind before we start printing. Until we have started production, you can cancel your order by e-mail to [email protected] without giving a reason, and we will refund the full amount paid. We usually start production within one working day of receipt of payment; we will always confirm the cancellation.

Non-personalised goods. If you buy a product without any modification according to your wishes, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply send us a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail; you can use the model form below). Send the goods back to us within 14 days of withdrawal; you bear the cost of returning them. We will refund the money, including the cheapest shipping option offered, within 14 days of withdrawal, but not before the goods have reached us or you have proven that you sent them. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to try them out.

Model withdrawal form: “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: … Order number: … Date ordered / received: … Name and address: … Bank account number for the refund: … Date and signature (paper form only).” Send it to [email protected] or to our registered office address.

7. Defects and complaints

Personalisation does not limit your rights arising from defective performance in any way. We are responsible for the goods being free of defects when you receive them; a consumer can claim a defect within 24 months of receipt. You will find the detailed procedure in our complaints procedure.

The following are not defects: the visible layered surface structure typical of 3D printing, minor dimensional deviations within the usual tolerances of FDM printing, or a slight difference in colour compared with how it appears on screen. An error in a text or file that you entered and approved yourself is also not a defect – but do write to us, we will be glad to find a solution.

8. Materials supplied by the customer

  • By uploading a photo, logo or text, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to it (copyright, trademarks, likeness of persons) and that its use does not breach the law or the rights of third parties.
  • We use your materials only to produce your order and prepare the preview. We will not publish them without your consent.
  • We may refuse an order whose content is clearly unlawful, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

9. 3D maps

We create 3D maps from OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence) and from publicly available elevation data. A map is a decorative object – it simplifies the terrain and buildings and is not intended for navigation or measurement.

10. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

We handle complaints and questions at [email protected]. Consumers have the right to out-of-court resolution of disputes. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz. Compliance with obligations is supervised by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) and, in the area of personal data protection, by the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).

11. Final provisions

We describe how we process personal data on the Privacy policy page. We may amend these terms and conditions; your order is governed by the version in effect at the time it was submitted.
