Privacy policy

We process only the data we genuinely need to produce and deliver your order. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we will never publish your photos without your consent.

What data we process and why

Orders

Name, address, e-mail, phone number, order contents, payment details and, for businesses, the Company ID (IČO) / VAT ID (DIČ). We need these to conclude and perform the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We are required to keep accounting and tax documents for 10 years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, the Czech Accounting Act and the Czech VAT Act). Other order data is kept for as long as rights arising from defective performance can be asserted, and then for a maximum of 3 years in case of a dispute.

Uploaded photos, logos and texts

Files you upload to the configurator are used solely to create the preview and to produce your product (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract and its performance). We render the preview on our own computer in our workshop; we do not share your files with third parties or use them to train AI. We will not publish the product or the preview without your explicit consent.

Files for previews that were not ordered are deleted within 6 months at the latest; files for orders are deleted no later than 6 months after the order (or complaint) has been completed. If you upload a photo of another person, please make sure they agree.

E-mail for sending the preview

If you ask for the preview to be sent to you by e-mail, we use your address to send that preview and a link to the order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – at your request). We will not send you any newsletter without your consent. For previews that were not ordered, we keep the address for a maximum of 6 months.

Locations for 3D maps

For 3D maps you enter a location – this may even be your home address. Location searches run through our server using the Photon service (komoot, Germany, OpenStreetMap data); we do not pass your IP address on to this service. The chosen location is kept for the same period as the other files for your order.

Technical data and cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies, without which the cart and checkout would not work (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For security reasons, the server keeps short-term operational logs (IP address, time of request).

Who we share data with

  • carriers according to your choice (Zásilkovna, PPL, DPD) – name, address, phone number and e-mail for delivery,
  • the bank, when you pay by bank transfer,
  • our accountant or tax adviser, and public authorities where required by law.

We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to [email protected]; we will reply within one month. If you believe we are handling your data in breach of the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk.
